To work on this site you have to download something for your toolbar . You sign up and start choosing from their offers: for some you can get 30 cents and for others only 10 cents. There are bonuses too and there is a large variety of sites. It't takes a bit more time to work on it but you don't get just 1 cent ;). The accounts you make on their sites must be active for 14 days or more. You can make a new e-mail address (gmail.com-works for most of the sites) so the confirmation links you'll receive won't get in your way in your main e-mail address.
